When a CCTV operator spotted a suspicious character lurking in a high-crime area in Sussex, UK, he knew what to do. Call in the local law enforcement, they'll catch the cheeky blighter! Unfortunately for the embarrassed Police Federation, the 'lurker' was a plain clothes officer assigned to patrol the town centre.
